Your items should arrive 2 - 5 working days after receipt of our dispatch email.

Due to a signature required on delivery, If our carrier is unable to make delivery because nobody is at home  then the carrier will leave you a card with instructions of how to collect from your local Post Office or how to rearrange delivery.

If delivery has not been rearranged within 7 days your items with automatically be returned to us. We will need to recharge postage for items returned to us in this way. We will only reship items after contacting you.

To avoid delays delivering your parcel we recommend having your item shipped to your daytime address ( for example, your work address ). 

We can only accept orders on products that are shown as 'In Stock'.
